Create your own instruments and electronic music with the littleBits Synth Kit. Over 500,000 circuit combinations possible with instructions included for 10 different inventions. Thousands more available online. Modules are grouped into four different categories which are color coded. Power (blue) is needed in every circuit and the start of all creations. Input modules (pink) accept input from the user and the environment and send signals to the modules that follow. Output modules (green) DO something - light, buzz, move, etc. Wire modules (orange) expand reach and change direction helping to incorporate modules into projects and inventions. Power modules (blue) always come first and input modules (pink) only affect the output modules (green) that come after them. littleBits modules snap together with magnets. The magnets are always right and can't be put together the wrong way. The modules are just the beginning. Combine them with craft materials, building sets, and other toys.
