30 years later with the complete reformation of the original line up band from the 80's...drumroll... come Modern English's Take Me To The Trees album! This is a really great addition to Modern English's catalogue of great post punk 80's, 90's, 00's, and Teen Decade's music we are in now. Going back to their roots and touching base with their original debut punkish Mesh & Lace (Home) along with some post-punk-pop of After The Snow (I Melt With You) and Ricochet Days (Hands Across The Sea), Modern English come out with Take Me To The Trees and bring all their previous sounds with them. This is an excellent listen and addition to anyone's post punk/indie/modern music catalogue, iPod, car, living room, and enjoy wherever you are. It's been 30 years but these guys are just as fresh as they were with Mesh & Lace, After The Snow, and Ricochet Days. Go have a listen and check out their website for latest news or tour dates near you. www.modernenglish.me
