Everyday Super Food by Jamie Oliver has some tasty looking recipes that are geared for the health conscious in mind. Some recipes looked very good and would use in my daily meal plans, others were a little too "healthy" for my taste.

Maybe I am too American for this one, but the recipes seemed overly cheffy and not many of them seemed easy for me to accomplish. I appreciated the inclusion of his healthy philosophy at the back, and his activism is inspiring, but this cookbook didn't inspire me to break out the pots and pans.
