Absolutely excellent informational DVD on a major health subject.

Involvement of Gary Taubes really makes it (see his print books for even more detailed info).

There were a couple blips when other contributors got involved (a focus on "real food" at one point meant well, but could be easily misinterpreted!).

Highly recommended!!!
