Directed and produced by Rebecca Cammisa in 2009, this 83-minute documentary depicts illegal immigration attempts to the States by chilrden from Mexico and Central America.
The film follows some of these unaccompanied children as they make the long and treacheous voyage to the US border.
These courageous and determined kids each have their own stories of disappointment and sorrow---mainly arising from family problems and poverty.
It is such a sad and heartbreaking tale that you might feel really sorry for those unhappy kids.

Definitely worth watching. It made me see another kind of world that I am not in, and appreciate what I do have. Like another person on here said, what a human being will do to escape poverty... sad and amazing insight stories each individual carry.

A really beautiful documentary about children risking their lives to go to the US. Some do not make it and it is sad. This is a tear jearker mixed with a little "no reservations." The visuals are stunning. The documentary takes the viewer on an unexpected journey...if interested
