The residents of this small coastal town do and regret it when a freak tsunami traps a group of them inside a supermarket, where they soon find they are not alone. Their company, besides each other, is a pack of hungry killer sharks. Starring Alex Russell (CHRONICLE, WASTED ON THE YOUNG), Xavier Samuel (ANONYMOUS, TWILIGHT: ECLIPSE), Phoebe Tonkin (TV's THE SECRET CIRCLE), and Julian McMahon (TV's NIP/TUCK, RED).

“Bait” is a bit above the average man-eating shark movie. In other words, it is not the typical flick about young, unsuspecting, bikini-clad, intoxicated spring-breakers who meet an untimely death at the beach. For this reason, it might be worth watching.

I surprisingly liked this movie. I'd rate it a 14A as it can be quite gory at times.

A pretty good B-Movie with some very craptacular CGI effects. And the plot itself is very unrealistic. But it was a really fun movie to watch and had a couple of very good scares. And I also found myself caring very much about the characters and whether they lived or died. Good Friday night popcorn movie.
