This is a well researched book that all parents, all doctors, and all public health policy makers ought to read. Peanut allergies (and other food allergies) were almost unheard of till about the late 1980s, early 1990s. So what happened to set off this spiraling epidemic? What can be done to stop it? Borrow the book to find out.
