Being an advocate for peace in the war on body image waged by women against themselves, I would like to encourage anyone undertaking a program such as this to do a simple internet search in regards to the feasibility of its claims. I'm not discouraging use of these programs but simply encouraging realistic expectations. This war has caused too many fatalities. Alright, lazy!, here ya go:

I really wish that this workout routine worked, but it didn't for me. My hips actually got wider. I think everybody's body is truly different and unique. And as such, different workouts will work for different people.
