Being an advocate for peace in the war on body image waged by women against themselves, I would like to encourage anyone undertaking a program such as this to do a simple internet search in regards to the feasibility of its claims. I'm not discouraging use of these programs but simply encouraging realistic expectations. This war has caused too many fatalities. I really wish that this workout routine worked, but it didn't for me. My hips actually got wider. I think everybody's body is truly different and unique. And as such, different workouts will work for different people.
