Fun plot twists and stuff! I love this series!

One of the best manga, with fully developed characters, an insane plot and is a huge psychological story. Can't stop reading once you start. Would recommend this intriguing manga series, and recommend the anime series as well. Have yet to watch the movie, but I've heard it was great too.

I don't read much manga, but I found this book so compelling and original that I couldn't put it down. There's an almost Les Miserables dynamic between the anti-hero Light and the cop L, and having Light be such a flawed character was a really brave and interesting narrative choice. I recommend this to manga and non-manga fans alike!
