Lousy cookbook , if you can call it that. A recipe for cinnamon rolls is to spread vegan margarine on bread and sprinkle with cinnamon and roll it up.Not very special , almost every recipe calls for store bought vegan products such as veggie ham , cheese , mayo , etc. I was expecting some different takes on easy and tasty things such a hummus but they suggest you buy everything and the book is more of an instruction of what store items to combine. Surprised that Peta put their name on this one.
