I followed this program as closely as possible (occasionally dropped the evening snack because it was too much food). After 21 days, I'd lost 3 pounds, could tell my arms felt stronger, saw definition forming in my arms and abs, and adopted a more nutritious eating habit. The hardest part was taking extra time to prepare the fruits and vegetables for all my meals and snacks. I definitely felt the burn from this workout program!!!
