From the first page on, this book was a delight to savor and enjoy. The author explains why we are the way we are and what we should do to change that way one step at a time. After reading this book I felt I could deal (not fight) with my long battle of weight and even before finishing the book I've started implementing the ideas in the book and feel better for it. If you want to lose weight, live more peacefully, or just enjoy your life and savor every moment of it this is the book for you!
