Great advice for those looking to turn running into a serious pursuit. For others though, you will have to pick out some pointers with difficulty as Hudsons training philosophy is comprehensive and requires some commitment.
Good training schedules - though I have to say that I added some weight training to the hills training that he does. Hudson is a bit too much of a running purist for an amateur like me: he doesn't require (or I would even say recommend) cross-training or weight-training, just more running!
