I really liked this book. I always wanted to run, but I would get tired too fast and would quit. This book gave me a lot of motivation! Also by following their 60 seconds Plan I could start running. I already see results even though I haven't made any drastic change. I just finished my 3rd week and enjoying every time I go for a run. Anybody can run.
