Vij's would be best be described as Indian Fusion. Vikram Vij uses techniques from all over India in his food. He has stayed away from the traditional indian dishes. We had the pleasure of experiencing this Canadian restaurant. Food is outstanding - lamb popsicles were to die for! His cookbook has many great recipes that have been a hit with our guests.
