SummaryAdd a Summary
I have finished the book called, “Heat” by Lupica Mike a realistic-fiction book. In this book the central idea or main idea is that it is about this boy Ramon he went around town stealing peoples stuff, he runs fast so when the fat cop tried to get him down he had easily escaped; however, when Ramon was running through the park there was kids playing baseball so the kids turned and looked to see what was happening. The kids saw the cop behind them, the cop was also shouting stop so the kids heard it and turned to Ramon he was just about to get away when the pitcher threw the baseball ball at his head and Ramon fell on the ground and the cop got him in hand cuffs so he won’t go anywhere or escape again. What Ramon stole was a ladies purse and inside the ladies purse was lunch money that he had robed. Ramon got sent to jail and the kid who threw the baseball ball at him did not get any punishment even though he hurt him in the head and the pitcher didn’t know that kid that was running away. He was trying to help the cop get the thief because it was against the law that you can not steal in any conditions.
