In case you don't feel shame for having an abortion, here's a documentary about why you should. It's much like its DVD cover picture: women talking about how they came to have an abortion, while staring pensively into the distance, surrounded by pastels and flowers, because that's what ladies like. The title goes unexplained. I suppose it means if you become pregnant, eventually you'll have a baby in your arms, and won't that be wonderful? It doesn't mean the ministry that made this film will adopt it, or help you look after it. That's for sure.
