Mr. S is a great writer. The story was interesting and captivating. Runt the brave is a creative spin off of the bible story David and Goliath that many little kids and parents will love. JaRed was a likable character, and even though the book was perhaps for a younger age range, I enjoyed it a lot. I actually use his writing curriculum. You can look at the rest of Daniel Shwabauer's series, and his One Year Adventure Novel curriculum here: http://www.danschwabauer.com/ Legends of Tira-Nor series website: http://www.runtthebrave.com/
