A stunning introduction to the Batman Origin story. Long time fans may be disappointed with the lack of 'mother's pearls' but all other details are present here - particularly the relationship with Alfred and one of the most beautifully drawn first encounters with his 'inspiration' in the cave. A wonderful book.
